You’ll work side by side with other talented engineers and apply Chevron’s world-class project management process — Project Development and Execution Process (CPDEP) — to project and construction work. Candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical, mechanical, civil or electrical engineering.

Drilling & Completions Engineer
A career in drilling and completions offers the opportunity to ensure that Chevron's drilling operations and completion techniques are safe, environmentally conscious and cost-efficient. Chevron completion engineers design and implement optimizing completion techniques to help maximize oil and gas production. Chevron drilling engineers supervise safe drilling, completion and workover operations at Chevron's rigs to ensure that drilling operations are safe, environmentally conscious and cost-efficient.
Pipeline Operator / Maintenance
Pipeline Mechanics are proficient in mechanical maintenance and repair work processes required for the safe, accurate and efficient operation of pipeline systems. With direction from the Maintenance Coordinator, prioritize and coordinate work with other team members or contractors in performing daily maintenance work processes. They act on their own initiative to identify and correct work place hazards, unsafe practices, security violations or environmental concerns.
Chevron production operations engineers are involved in rig operations (planning, logistics, paperwork and teamwork) and have the opportunity to develop a fundamental understanding of all the elements that are critical to drilling and workover operations. Candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in petroleum, chemical or mechanical engineering.
