Was it a good idea for Marine Commandant Gen. Jim Amos to ban rolled sleeves on cammie uniforms?

Yes. If leathernecks down range are operating with sleeves down, why shouldn't their fellow Marines in garrison? It's about uniformity.
No. The rolled sleeves differentiate Marines from Soldiers and are more comfortable in the summer months.
Not sure. It's too soon to know what affect this change will have on morale and look.
