Brandon Webb may Need Season-Ending Surgery

Season-ending shoulder surgery on Diamondbacks ace Brandon Webb is "a strong possibility" following two recent MRIs, the Arizona Republic reports.
On Tuesday, Webb underwent his second MRI in the past week, according to the newspaper. He met later with the team physician.
Although a decision has not been made, Webb may need surgery to repair his labrum. Such surgery would require a nine-month rehab process, the Republic story says.
Webb will seek a second opinion before making a decision.
