A suburban Chicago woman's lawsuit alleges a tattoo artist put the Chicago White Sox' logo on her thigh backward.
Eugenia Bebis, 20, of Elmwood Park says Micah St. John, an employee at Mystic Tattoo Art & Body Piercing in Chicago, inked the baseball team's logo backward with the word "Sox" in reverse, Crain's Chicago Business reported Tuesday.
Her lawsuit, filed Thursday in Cook County Circuit Court, says Bebis "has had to undergo extensive laser tattoo removal procedures, will require further procedures in the future and will also require a different, larger tattoo to cover up the laser-faded backwards tattoo at issue."
The lawsuit seeks up to $50,000 in damages.
Crain's Chicago Business said it was unable to reach Mystic Tattoo for a comment.
