Wal-Mart Setting up 'KISS Korners'

BENTONVILLE, Ark. -- The U.S. retailer Wal-Mart says it is adding "KISS Korners," featuring T-shirts, makeup and wigs inspired by the band, in all of its stores.

The line of merchandise is in honor of the planned Oct. 6 release of the iconic rock group's new CD/DVD "Sonic Boom."

The "KISS Korners" are to be located in the stores' Electronics departments and Halloween aisles next month. Limited edition KISS M&M candies and KISS Mr. Potato Head spuds of all four band members are also to be sold through Halloween.

"It has been both fun and an honor to work with the band and celebrate with fans the new music release and album tour," Wal-Mart spokesman Greg Hall said in a statement.
