Rip Torn Pleads Guilty to Bank Break-InActor Rip Torn pleaded guilty to numerous charges Tuesday in an incident in which he broke into a Connecticut bank while drunk, thinking it was his home.

The 80-year-old "Men in Black" star pleaded guilty to reckless endangerment, criminal trespass, criminal mischief and the illegal carrying of a firearm, E! News said.

Torn said he had been drinking and mistook the Litchfield Bancorp branch in Salisbury for his house last January.

E! News said he was given a two-and-a-half year suspended prison sentence and three years probation. He must undergo random drug and alcohol tests, and is forbidden from possessing a firearm.
