'Jordan' Game Still One of the Worst

United Press International

CHICAGO -- While "Michael Jordan: Chaos in the Windy City" was released 15 years ago, U.S. video game aficionados still say it was one of the worst games ever made.

The Chicago Tribune said Wednesday the 1994 Electronic Arts video game is still seen as one of the worst video games ever produced, despite the fact it featured Chicago Bulls star Michael Jordan.

"Chaos," which was set in Chicago, marked the last video game that Jordan endorsed.

The Super Nintendo game includes Jordan fighting walking referee whistles, zombies and giant spiders as the basketball star attempts to free the NBA All-Star team from a mad scientist.

"The Doc cranks out his robot thugs there," one of the All-Star players offers when rescued in the game. "It's quite impressive, Mike!"

The Tribune said game features Jordan doing battle with his unusual opponents in a variety of Chicago locations, including the Field Museum and Lincoln Park.
