You know how valuable the ACE Guide is for servicemembers, but did you know that ACE's other guide, the ACE National Guide to College Credit for Workforce Training (http://www.acenet.edu/credit/) contains college credit recommendations for formal courses that can also be used by Servicemembers toward their academic degree programs?

Organizations such as the AMC Logistics Leadership Center, American Society of Military Comptrollers, Federal Aviation Administration, National Imagery and Mapping Agency, Defense Threat Reduction Agency, MWR Academy, National Cryptologic School, Navy Personnel Command, U.S. Army CECOM Directorate for Safety, U.S. Army Defense Ammunition Center, U.S. Army Management Staff College, U.S. Army Safety Center, U.S. Naval Facilities Acquisition Center for Training, and others are listed in the "other" ACE guide.

ACE has reviewed thousands of training courses for Fortune 500 corporations, associations, labor unions, government agencies, schools, and training suppliers. Each course must pass successfully through a review conducted by college faculty teams to determine college-level equivalency. For a complete list of organizations offerings ACE college credit recommended courses, click on http://www2.acenet.edu/credit/?fuseaction=content.getEvaluatedOrganizations.

The ACE National Guide to College Credit for Workforce Training is only available online. The American Council on Education is no longer printing it. The online version has the latest course recommendations as ACE teams finish their evaluations.
