20092010 Voc-Rehab Subsistence Allowance Rates

According to the Department of Veterans Affairs, all veterans receiving Chapter 31 (Voc-Rehab) subsistence payments at the end of September 2009 will receive notification of the new rates including a copy of the rate table found below.

The VA pays benefits for education and training completed in the previous month, the first payment at the new rates will be reflected in the November 1, 2009 payment.

The following table reflects the new Voc-Rehab subsistence allowance rates that go into effect on October 1, 2009.
