Groups Say Slow US Military Response to Ebola Has Cost Lives

About 150 U.S. troops have arrived in Liberia and none in Senegal since President Obama pledged two weeks ago to combat Ebola in West Africa. The pace of the U.S. military and public health response to the Ebola crisis in West Africa has drawn harsh criticism from aid groups on the front lines.
