Coast Guard Searching for Missing 16-year-old Boy

BOSTON -- The Coast Guard is assisting the Massachusetts State Police Wednesday in the search for a missing 16-year-old boy in Provincetown, Massachusetts.
 
When initial reports indicated the boy was possibly in or near the water, State police officials contacted Coast Guard Station Provincetown at about 7:15 a.m. Wednesday requesting a water search.
 

The boy was reportedly last seen at about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, wearing camouflage pants and a white t-shirt while walking a black Labrador on Dyer Street.
 
A Station Provincetown boat crew immediately launched a 29-foot Response Boat Small-II (RBS-II) to search in Provincetown Harbor.
