Jeff Hobrath has been illustrating
for the Navy since his enlistment in 1982.
He retired as a Chief in 2002 and is currently
working as Creative Director for a defense
contractor, KR Systems, providing graphic
art to NAVAIR and other commands around globe.
Jeff is best known for his work on NavyChief.com
which he founded in 1997. His cartoons can
be seen regularly in the Navy's safety magazines
Approach and Sea & Shore. Jeff was the first
person ever to become an Adobe Certified Expert
in Photoshop while serving on active duty
in the armed forces.
