Posted hours are walk-ins Monday thru Friday until 1600 and Saturday for appointments. My spouse and children arrive Friday between 1500-1530 and are turned away because they did not have appointments and told to come back in Saturday. They arrive early to find 8 people ahead of them who have until mid-October to get ID cards and they are not Active duty. Oh, and they only have 1to person doing ID cards...Really? UNSAT!
