Our Indoor Triathlon offers a unique experience for beginners wanting to try a tri for the first time to the experienced triathletes who want to launch their tri season early or tune up their off season training. With a 15 min indoor swim in the pool, a 30 min indoor bike on our trainers (athletes bring their own bikes)& then approximately 2.70 mile run outside, this Indoor Triathlon caters to those who want to have a safe 1st triathlon experience to those who want to compete for the best time. less
