Come out and “laissez les bon temps rouler” at the Pensacola Crawfish Festival. One of the largest crawfish boils in the state will be held May 4, 5 and 6 at Bartram Park. There will be a wide range of Cajun fare such as crawfish poboys, crawfish pies, and of course, 16,000 pounds of boiled crawfish, as well as other traditional fare like hot dogs and hamburgers.
