Today I ordered a personal pizza from the Pizza Hut on Ft. Eustis, VA, for pick-up through the pick-up line. At 1150 I pulled into the pick-up lane. There was a cadillac SUV in front of me waiting at the window. I sat behind said vehicle for 15 minutes. Finally I backed out of the lane and went to park and enter the store on foot. By the time I picked up my order an additional 10 minutes had passed and the vehicle was still sitting in the pick-up lane. This is so stupid. The lane is for pick up, not ordering! The driver should have been told to pull in front of the building, park, and enter to pickup theri order. This service was not speedy nor efficient!
