From I-64: * Take I-264W to the Downtown Tunnel to Portsmouth. * Go through the tunnel and take exit 7, Effingham St., immediately after exiting the tunnel. * Stay in the left lane until you reach the light and turn right onto Effingham St. * Follow Effingham to the gate at the Naval Medical Center. * FFSC is located in bldg. 249, next to the parking garage & the day care center. Directions around toll From I-64 East or West: * Take the Elizabeth City/Nags Head Exit (291B). * On 168 S. bear left at split (sign will say Nags Head/Manteo). * On 168 S. take the Hillcrest East exit. (Last exit before toll). * Go to second light. Turn right onto Battlefield Blvd. * Keep straight until Battlefield ends.
