Terry joined the Military.com team in 2003 after 20 years of service in the U.S. Coast Guard. He worked with the DoD to create content for their online transition assistance program and lead the team of subject matter experts that developed the skills matching tools for the Department of Veterans Affairs' VAforVets website. In addition, Terry is the writer/editor of The Military Advantage, an annually updated guide to military and veteran benefits.
Bill Geddes is the Senior Director of Marketing for Military.com, responsible for member acquisition, marketing, and revenue strategy. Bill has been with Military Advantage for over 6 years, joining the team in April 2006. Bill has over 14 years experience in online marketing and advertising. Bill received his BA from University of California, Santa Barbara.
John is responsible for leading the product organization at Military.com, creating best-in-class experiences for our users and clients. John joined Military/Monster in 2006, having previously worked for the Mikes Bikes chain as the head of ecommerce and in staffing at Organic Online. John holds a BS in Business Administration from San Francisco State University.
Andy is responsible for leading the technology development and innovation efforts for Military.com. Andy bring over 15 years of experience with technical operations, software engineering and product development for companies across a variety of industries. Prior to joining the Military/Monster team, Andy led the professional services and engineering teams at enterprise software company Pivia (acquired by F5 Networks). Prior to Pivia, he was part of the startup management team of RelevantKnowledge, and was instrumental in the company's merger with Jupiter Media Metrix and subsequent IPO. At Jupiter Media Metrix, he oversaw technical operations during their global expansion into 15+ countries, assisting in generating revenues of nearly $40 million. He also held several software engineering and product development roles at Nortel Networks. Andy holds an M.S. in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Mathematical Science from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill.
