TowerRat Migration 2009
|
A TowerRat was a soldier, usually Military Police, assigned to provide security over nuclear or chemical weapons, generally at remote and often primitive sites oveseas during the Cold War.
The soldiers in these units performed their unique, often boring, and generally unappreciated mission flawlessly. In the 50 year history of the TowerRat mission, not a single "item" under their control was lost orcompromised.
Come celebrate a mission now relegated to the archives of military history by joining your fellow TowerRats for an all sites, all units reunion at the Sahara Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, NV on July 9-10,2009.

This will be our 6th battalion reunion of the 3/8th Inf Reg, 4th Inf Div since we began reforming the battalion in 1999. Currently, we have over 875 Brothers on our roster who served in RVN from 1966-70.
