Documentary Filmaker and hostess of the 109th Inf. Reg. Renunion of 2003 will be taking a small group of Veterans/families for the opening ceremonies to be held in Diekirch for the "Battle of the Bulge". There is room for 6 more to join the group. The events organized by Roland Gaul (author and museum curator in Diekirch) are geared towards the 109th and the Thanksgiving spent in Diekirch in '44. Gala Benefit to be held for the Veterans with the European Premiere of the Documentary "My Heroes and Their Ladies in Waiting" . Features interviews conducted in Oregon, Diekirch and Pennsylvania. Footage taken in the Huertgen, Schleiden and the location of Pvt. Eddie Slovik's execution. A short DVD Version of film to be shown at film festivals will be available for sale this summer.
