Each region is served by TRICARE Service Centers (TSC), which are staffed by beneficiary service representatives who can explain the different TRICARE options and help you choose the plan that suits you best. The TSC can also provide:
- TRICARE benefits interpretation
- TRICARE Prime enrollment
- Primary care manager selection and changes
- Assistance with referrals and appointments to military treatment facilities (MTFs)
- Claims status and claims resolution and assistance
- Eligibility status
- A list of TRICARE network providers and pharmacies
- Appeals and fraud information
- TRICARE Forms
