Mandate Keeps NATO From Hijacked Tanker
NATO has no plans to intercept the supertanker hijacked by Somali pirates since its warships have no mandate to board captured merchant vessels by force, a NATO spokesman said. Attacks on the commercial vessels sailing around the Horn of Africa are up 70 percent this year. Full Story
