* Tuition Assistance Overview *
The Armed Forces Tuition Assistance (TA) Program is a benefit paid to eligible members of the Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, and Coast Guard. Congress has given each service the ability to pay up to 100% for the Tuition Expenses of its members.
Air Force Tuition Assistance
This program can provide up to $4500 per semester for active duty personnel who take college courses during off hours.
Army Tuition Assistance
This program provides financial assistance for voluntary off-duty education programs in support of a soldier's professional and personal self-development goals.
Coast Guard Tuition Assistance
The Coast Guard offers up to $4500 per year for off-duty voluntary education courses to broaden their academic or Coast Guard technical background. Learn the details here.
