Thank you for the update on Ken. My apologies for not responding to your message last year. I had received a message about 8 months prior to your note last year from someone alleging to be Ken's son, who informed me of his death but not the circumstances.
Attempts at further communication went nowhere. I guess I was still in shock when I got your message later. Another lesson learned: Don't think you have forever to contact the people you care about!
It still saddens me to think of what might have been.
I appreciate you taking the time to respond and letting me know about Ken's passing.
