Cleo L. Seegar

Is this the Cleo L. Seegar who was a little, short, vodka chugging, cigar chewing, sob who loved the Army more than anything? I worked with SGM Cleo L. Seegar in Vietnam in 1969 at Dong Tam in the Div Spt Cmd S-3 Log section. One fine soldier.
If it is, the last I heard of him, he was living in Alabama in 1971 or so. He is probably dead by now.
Its probably not the same one.
