I am trying to confirm that I was with det b with vrc-50 and vq-1 during the period 1968-1971. I was there when the ammo depot was hit by mortar/rocket and we spent the day watching the shock waves and watching the hangars bounce. I was also there when the vq-1 plane was shot down off Korea. The VA does not believe I was there!! My claim for AO has been denied because of this. Any help will be greatly appreciated. |
