LCpl Chris Porter died in a fratricide incident during Desert Storm. I am looking for anyone who can tell me how and the circumstances surrounding the tragic event.
I was the Artillery Liaison Officer for 3/7 at the time and am in a position to do something about future fratricide prevention technologies. The idea that one of our Marines dies who didn't have to keeps me going in this job and I'd like to know more about LCpl Porter. |
