On july 16, during the first visit of Mr.Ban Ki-Moon to the city of Bonn (Germany) i was forced to go to this meeting by 'Telefon'-technique as it has formerly been used by the Russians in the early 60ties to destroy targets of strategic values.
This technique, based on brain-washing and operate-conditioning of humans seems to be used until now to make out of humans living bombs or otherwise assassins.
