my name is betty bartee, I was married to james Tucker for 19 years. we had many friends at Ft. Campbell, Ky, sure would like to find some of those guys, spouses, or children. He retired from the army in 1970. He really wasn't ready for retirement, but told me if he stayed in and re-uped, he would certainly spend more time in Viet Nam, had already spent 2 tours, said he thought if he went back again, probably wouldn't come back home again. I completely agreed with him. So in 1976 he died of lung cancer, i watch him die. bad, bad. hope to hear from anyone that knew him. a great soldier he was. thanks for listened to my woes.
