Pauly holds the title of Four Chaplain. I met him a Volunteer Luncheon of the Buffalo VA Hospital. I don't know too much about him except that he embraced my need to have a pastor and a friend. Paul Regan sits in a wheel chair and has the attitude of a heavenly angel. He loves miniature railroad trains. He is a greeter for the Hospital which I might add is always changeing. He councels anyone who needs it. Pauly truly exalts what a chaplain and what a soldier is. Terrific
