31st MP/385th MP/CID, Germany Reunion 2008 (Page 1 of 3 Pages): The Reunion 2008 was held in the Gault House Hotel, Louisvile, KY during 29 May to 2 June 2008. Eighty one (81) attendees, including wives arrived for the Reunion. The Reunion was hosted by LTC, ret, Tom Briggs, former Commander -Provost Marshal, 31st MP Detachment, Robinson Barracks, Stuttgart, Germany from 1970-73. The "Golfers" arrived in Louisville on 28 May and played golf up to the start of Military Police Reunion. Early Arrivals on Thursday evening were invited to a informal gathering at Tom's home and a very good time for all attending was had. On Friday morning the official date of Reunion here is the Agenda (...where do we meet and when...) started off with a Friday 0900 -1800 Hospitality Room and Registration. Each attendee received a packet with information about the reunion, which included a booklet with each name, a name tag with cord for wearing, and a Commemorative Coin which was designed by Jim Slusser to honor members of the 31st MP Detachment, 385th MP Battalion and U.S. Army Criminal Investigaton Command (USACIDC), Germany. The coin was made possible by generous donations from Jim Slusser,Vern Pike, Jerry Derr, Alan Gnann, Peter Woodford, Mike Duffy, Jim Reilley, Tom Briggs and Dick Burch.
