I was on the flight deck that night, seems like myself and another shipmate were the only ones up on deck and man overboard was called ,we hurried up to front of flight deck to untie the first helo. and was canceled the one closest to port elevator was chosen so we untied that one and watched as it roller to port and went into the sea.( more to the story)
