My husband's name is James R. Calhoun...his nickname was "Bloody James". I'm not sure if he knows your husband but it sounds like they were on the ship at the same time. Some of the other guys that I know from that time are Andrew "Dog" Ogden, Rick Petzold, and there was a Bob, a Mark, and a Tom. Can't remember the last names right now.
