I was on the 58 cruise that puth the Saratogo's planes flying combat patrols in the Lebanon Crisis. All members of the Saratoga's crew were awarded the Navy Expeditary Medal, which entitled me to join the VFW. Have great memories of the Saratog, hope to attend the reunion in Indy this September 2008 |
