that night sometimes comes back to haunt me also,what i do is think about when i was up on the flightdeck fighting the fire,i started thinking i have to take a piss water was dripping off my helmet,i had water in my boots im soaking wet and im worried about taking a piss.i just let it go and didnot worry about it. also try to make friends with the dead maybe then that night will stop haunting you.it worked for me.gary mcguinness
