I was also in Berlin from 61 to 64 and worked as an 058.4 at det 4. I remember Lt Passaro and 1ST Reale(recently passed Away). Made some runs up the hill with chow from the mess hall many times, usually in the 3/4 and sometimes the jeep. Do you remember SFC Welton, Warren N.(called him Neil-also passed away. I am in touch with his wife Doris. Some times these memories seem just like yesterday(47 years later). I was 19 when I got to Berlin and pulled KP for 2 weeks because we didn't have a mess hall yet.
