My dad was on the Nevada on the 7th. He didn't talk about it much. He retired from the Navy in 1971. The family followed him around for years. He died a few years ago in Bend Oregon doing what he loved, hunting, fishing, and golfing. |

USS NEVADA

My dad was on the USS Nevada aprox. 1918 or soon after. The ship was new at that time. I have a picture of him in his uniform and my brother has his service records so I will have to check the actual date of enlistment. Just wanted to say Hi. |
