I was on deck the night of the crash (V-4) and worked with Dennis Driscoll. I also knew Peter Iannetti. I remember him being from Hopedale, Ma. not Oakdale, Ma? Anyway none of us that were there will ever forget that night.

i remember this and will never forget. i was on the nimitz when this happened. we were off the coast of jacksonville. we had to return to norfolk for repairs.i toured the flight deck the next day to see the damage caused from the crash. but it was the lives that were lost. i wont go into detail. |

died on that nite, along with any Squadron affilliation?
I was already out of VF-84 by Oct 80, but never have I heard, or seen the names of those who died. Please respond!
