Oh, I remember 1SG Dekle. He was a great guy. I worked for him in the 85th Med NCODP Academy up until he retired. I definitely remember you working in PAD. Ft Meade has changed quite a bit. I was through there just last weekend. The 76th Engr barracks have been torn down, but most of 85th Med and 10th CSH are still standing, just covered over to look new. Those places sucked in the 80's. Can't imagine what they are like now.
