504 PIR

James,  I really enjoyed reading about your trip to Italy with your father.  My great uncle was also in the 504 PIR. His name was William F. Ranson. I never got to meet him, but I am proud of what he did, giving his life for the freedom we now enjoy.  Ive posted his pic. on the 504 geocities web-page.
