Navy Mutual allows you to immediately receive life insurance coverage online. Click here to go directly to our online application, complete it, pay your initial premium by credit card and sign by “e-signature.” Boom – you’re done!
If you prefer another initial payment method, you can still complete the application on-line, print it, sign and attach a check, then toss it in the mail.
Once we receive your completed application with payment, either online and by mail, you will have conditional coverage.
For most applications, a recent physical (within the last 12 months) is all we will need to formally approve your coverage. If you have one, you can provide us with a recent physical when you submit your application or we will contact you to set up physical for you, at no cost to you.
