Essential Functions:
- Facilitate campaign implementation through:
- Creative trafficking from clients to respective internal teams
- Manage implementation of campaigns and tracks to launch

- Assist Key Account Manager with account management tasks:
- Pull client reporting and disseminate to respective Key Account Manager
- Own online client surveys/reports and communicate data internally
- Assist KAM with tracking projects in the queue. Follow up to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Aggregate key data daily from respective Site Managers, perform analysis and send customized reports to internal customers, flagging key data points

- Serve as a resource for client questions, creative specs, media plans and campaign reports
- Maintain organized archives of sales and marketing collateral, contracts, contacts, project status, renewal dates and campaigns via Salesforce and other platforms
Qualifications:
- BA/BS and four (4) years account management and/or client service experience of which two (2) years experience within an online lead generation environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of online lead generation and emerging industry trends; ability to evaluate campaigns and recommend changes to optimize performance
- Proficiency creating sales proposals and high degree of comfort presenting in front of internal teams and external clients

The Media Strategist/Planners are responsible for building media plans to generate successful business proposals that are sellable and deliverable. - Develop deliverable media plans for the advertising sales team based on requests for proposals (RFP).

Director of Finance
Reporting to the VP of Finance for the Internet, Advertising and Fees division of Monster and potentially leading a team of financial professionals, this individual will be primarily responsible for all financial and business analysis of the Military Advantage properties.

Essential Functions:
In full partnership with the VP of Finance, the VP of Military Advantage and the various line organizations:
- Play an integral part in the sales/revenue analysis and forecasting process including the development of sophisticated business modeling tools.
- Take a broad perspective in his/her role to ensure the proper financial decision making mechanisms are in place to evaluate and prioritize growth opportunities and resource needs.
- Develop and maintain models to determine levels of profitability by product, channel and customer segment.
- Create, track and report on key business metrics with a focus on opportunity development.
- Take a leadership role to drive change and move the organization to new levels of performance.
- Review marketplace strategy and evaluate new growth and profit initiatives for the company.
- Develop into a key strategic partner for both the general manager and supporting units including sales, ad operations and marketing.to business.
- Serve as a partner to the Lead Generation Operations teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting and billing.
Qualifications:
- An undergraduate degree in finance/accounting/business is required; an MBA and/or CPA are highly desirable.
- Eight years of financial management experience in positions of increasing responsibility in dynamic environments where rapid growth was a characteristic of the business preferably in the online advertising industry. 2+ years experience in a manager position, 4+ years experience in an analyst position.
- The candidate will have demonstrated an ability to act as a true business partner in a variety of environments.
- Sound judgment with the ability to make decisions and present recommendations with clarity and conviction to serve the business' objectives.
- Deal savvy, big picture thinker who understands the total value proposition of the enterprise but has demonstrated a "hands on" ability to get things done.
- Must be comfortable working in multiple systems including Microsoft Office products. Familiarity with Siebel CRM, Oracle, Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Planning, SalesForce.com, WebTrends and Omniture and Brio would be very useful.
